FTTH Toolkit
Delete your account
An Android app by GSK Studio
Last updated: October 14, 2026
This page explains how to delete your FTTH Toolkit account and the information that goes with it. You can do it yourself inside the app, in about a minute. If you can no longer use the app, you can ask us to do it for you.
Delete it in the app
- Open FTTH Toolkit and sign in. If you forgot your password, tap Forgot password? on the sign-in screen first.
- Tap the menu at the top right of the home screen, then tap Settings.
- Tap Delete my account. The next page lists what will happen in each of your franchises.
- Type your password, then tap the red Delete my account button.
- Read the box that opens, then tap Delete for ever.
You need an internet connection. A progress bar shows while the account is deleted, and the app then returns to the sign-in screen. An owner with a large network may wait a minute or more. If the connection drops half-way, open the page again and repeat the steps. The deletion carries on where it stopped.
This cannot be undone. Once your account is deleted, we cannot bring it back. If you are an owner, export your records first: menu, then Export data.
What is deleted
If you are an owner
- Your account: name, email address and password.
- The whole franchise you own: its name, OLTEs, PON ports, joints (including joints you deleted earlier) and their photos, cables, splitters, customer references and the fault log.
- The change history of the franchise.
- The team list and the technician codes you made.
- Your technicians lose access to the franchise at once. Their own accounts are not deleted. They can delete them in the same way.
If you are a technician
- Your account: name, email address and password.
- Your login in every franchise you joined, so you can no longer open them.
- What you recorded stays with each franchise: its joints, photos, fault log entries and the other records you added belong to the franchise owner. The franchise's change history keeps the name that was shown for each change you made.
What we keep
Nothing else. After the deletion we do not keep a copy of your account or of a franchise you owned. Google, which runs the servers behind the app, may keep backup copies for a limited period before they are removed, as described in Google's own terms.
If you cannot use the app
If you have uninstalled the app, cannot sign in, or cannot remember the password, send us a request from the email address you registered with:
- Write to santhiappdeveloper@gmail.com with the subject Delete my FTTH Toolkit account.
- Say whether you are an owner or a technician, and give the name of your franchise.
- We may ask you a question to be sure the request comes from the account owner.
- We delete the account within 30 days of a request we have confirmed, and tell you when it is done. The same rules as above apply to what is deleted and what stays.
Write to santhiappdeveloper@gmail.com. If the link does nothing on your device, copy the address and use your own email app.
